COVID-19 GUIDELINES FOR DANISH SHIPS

In order to guide Danish ships in the best possible way on how to prevent or reduce the risk of Covid-19, the Danish Maritime Authority has drawn up guidelines, which has been done with the involvement of the National Health Authority and in collaboration with the Danish Ships Inspection Council comprised of organizations representing ship owners and seafarers. Both Danish and international shipping have already gained a number of relevant experiences in relation to ensuring the continued operation of ships in a way that minimizes the spread of infection on board. In order to guide Danish ships in the best possible way on how to prevent or reduce the risk of Covid-19, the Danish Maritime Authority has drawn up the following guidelines, which has been done with the involvement of the National Health Authority and in collaboration with the Danish Ships Inspection Council comprised of organizations representing ship owners and seafarers.
