Washington, D.C. – The National Ocean Industries Association (NOIA) and the Louisiana Mid-Continent Oil & Gas Association (LMOGA) asked Federal and Louisiana government officials for allocation of COVID-19 test kits and equipment for workers in the offshore sector.
